Only individuals who are aged 21 years or older are permitted to register an Account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Players who access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory do so at their own legal risk and in violation of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account. Creating, operating, or controlling multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of ratuking4d or any of its associated entities; (b) persons who have self-excluded via our Responsible Gambling tools for the duration of such exclusion; (c) persons legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction of residence.
To use the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your membership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ratuking4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately via live chat or at support@ratuking4d.cam if you suspect any unauthorised access.
To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention requirements, ratuking4d requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to provide:
Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is concluded satisfactorily.
Note: All documents submitted for KYC must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent or forged documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
ratuking4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all supported local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of approximately MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Withdrawals are processed to verified Accounts only. Standard processing time for DuitNow and FPX withdrawals is five to fifteen minutes from approval by our finance team. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for Accounts undergoing KYC review.
All Account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt. No additional currency conversion fees are charged by ratuking4d on standard MYR transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
Players may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in their own name. ratuking4d reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests where the destination account name does not match the registered player name, pending additional verification.
An Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. ratuking4d reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 to dormant Accounts with a positive balance, following 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address. The balance will not be reduced below zero.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ratuking4d are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement or Rollover) before the associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each offer is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering Requirements range from 1x to 35x depending on the offer, and must be completed within the stated bonus validity period.
While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM500 unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may be voided, and associated winnings may be forfeited at ratuking4d's discretion.
Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following default contribution rates apply:
ratuking4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; and collusion between Accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
All bonuses expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unexpired, uncompleted bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically upon expiry.
ratuking4d reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not binding until confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a technical fault or error during bet placement, ratuking4d reserves the right to void and refund the affected bet.
In the event that obviously erroneous odds are published due to a system error or human mistake (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), ratuking4d reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and settle at the correct price, or to refund affected stakes. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play betting markets.
Live in-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any point during an event. ratuking4d cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets accepted before an event-related suspension are valid unless expressly stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.
The official result of any sporting event, as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, the FA for EPL matches, the UFC for mixed martial arts events), shall be final for settlement purposes. In the absence of an official result, ratuking4d's decision on the outcome shall be binding.
All casino games available on the Platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. ratuking4d does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction or redistribution of any Platform content; creation of derivative works; or commercial exploitation of any portion of the Platform without express written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ratuking4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from wagering outcomes, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
ratuking4d's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

ratuking4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; or regulatory requirements. In cases of suspected fraud or AML concerns, any balance in the Account may be frozen pending investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support@ratuking4d.cam. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining will be paid out to your verified payment method within five to ten business days, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and no pending disputes exist. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ratuking4d holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Before initiating any formal legal process, we encourage Players to raise complaints directly with ratuking4d customer support. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate through formal dispute channels as described in the applicable licence conditions.
ratuking4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file, and the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
